What areas do you serve?
I serve Southern Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, the Shire, Inner West, Southwest and Wollongong. A $10 travel fee applies for locations 12 to 30 km from my base.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking early, especially during school holidays and Christmas. I understand emergencies happen, and I will do my best to help with last-minute requests.
What happens during the meet and greet?
The meet and greet is free. I visit your home to meet you and your pet. We talk about your pet's routine, special needs, emergency contacts and any specific instructions, so you and your pet are comfortable before booking.
Do you provide updates while I'm away?
For stays longer than one week, I send periodic photo updates about how your pet is doing.
What if my pet needs medication?
Medication instructions must be written clearly, and we confirm the schedule at the meet and greet.
What's your cancellation policy?
Refunds are usually 50%, depending on how much notice you give and whether the booking falls in a peak period such as school holidays, Christmas or Easter.
